GTU-CCC Exam Form Status Available Now-Important Notice About Rejected Forms

• Enter Application number and Get Status of form.

• એપ્લિકેશન નંબર દાખલ કરો અને ફોર્મની સ્થિતિ મેળવો.

• Form Status will be available after 10 Days of Last Date of Hardcopy Submission.

• Rejected Forms can be submitted to GTU from date-11/9/15 to 30/9/15.

• No Forms Will be accepted after the said date.

• Displayed Status is only for the form received at GTU.
• પ્રદર્શિત સ્થિતિ GTU ખાતે મળેલ ફોર્મની છે.
• નીચે ના સંજોગોમાં ફોર્મ રીજેકટ કરવામાં આવે છે :
  • ફોર્મ માં ખાતા ના વડા ની બે જગ્યા એ સહી અને સિક્કા લગાવેલ ના હોય.
  • ઉમેદવારે ફોર્મમાં સહી ના કરેલ હોય.
  • ફોર્મમાં ભરવાની થતી વિગતો અધુરી હોય.
  • ફોર્મ સાથે SBI ચલન ની કોપી જોડેલ ના હોય.
  • ફોર્મ સાથે ઓળખપત્ર જોડેલ ના હોય.
  • ફોર્મ માં પેન્ડિંગ તારીખ ખાતામાં જોઈનીંગ તારીખ કરતા અગાઉની હોય.
• Reasons For Rejection :
  • HOD Stamp at one Place only.
  • Forms Having Xerox of HOD Stamp.
  • Absence of Challan Paid Receipt.
  • Demand Drafts are not accepted.
  • Received after the last date of Hardcopy Submission.
