GTU-CCC Exam Form Status Available Now-Important Notice About Rejected Forms
- Enter Application number and Get Status of form.
- એપ્લિકેશન નંબર દાખલ કરો અને ફોર્મની સ્થિતિ મેળવો.
- Form Status will be available after 10 Days of Last Date of Hardcopy Submission.
- Rejected Forms can be submitted to GTU from date-11/9/15 to 30/9/15.
- No Forms Will be accepted after the said date.
Notice :
- Displayed Status is only for the form received at GTU.
- પ્રદર્શિત સ્થિતિ GTU ખાતે મળેલ ફોર્મની છે.
- નીચે ના સંજોગોમાં ફોર્મ રીજેકટ કરવામાં આવે છે :
- ફોર્મ માં ખાતા ના વડા ની બે જગ્યા એ સહી અને સિક્કા લગાવેલ ના હોય.
- ઉમેદવારે ફોર્મમાં સહી ના કરેલ હોય.
- ફોર્મમાં ભરવાની થતી વિગતો અધુરી હોય.
- ફોર્મ સાથે SBI ચલન ની કોપી જોડેલ ના હોય.
- ફોર્મ સાથે ઓળખપત્ર જોડેલ ના હોય.
- ફોર્મ માં પેન્ડિંગ તારીખ ખાતામાં જોઈનીંગ તારીખ કરતા અગાઉની હોય.
- Reasons For Rejection :
- HOD Stamp at one Place only.
- Forms Having Xerox of HOD Stamp.
- Absence of Challan Paid Receipt.
- Demand Drafts are not accepted.
- Received after the last date of Hardcopy Submission.
